How does the free trial work?
You get full access to every feature — loyalty, the Foodie Passport, QR menus — free for 60 days. No payment method required to start, so there's nothing to cancel if you decide it isn't for you. We'll ask for a card only when the trial ends.
What happens to my diners' punch cards if I stop?
Nothing is deleted. Diners keep every punch they've earned and can still redeem rewards they've already completed. What stops is new punches — so your regulars aren't punished for a decision you made.
What if a payment fails?
Nothing switches off that day. Cards expire and banks decline — so everything keeps running for about two weeks while the charge is retried, and we email you the moment it happens. Your diners never see a billing problem of ours at your counter.
Do diners need to download an app?
No. Diners scan a QR code and your menu opens directly in their mobile browser. No app download, and no signup unless they want to collect punches.
Can I show allergens and dietary tags?
Yes. Every item carries dietary tags and an ingredient list you control, and they show on the menu a diner scans. It's as accurate as the data you provide — which is why we make it easy to keep detailed.
How long does setup take?
Most restaurants go from signup to a live QR code in under 2 minutes. Add your menu items, print the code, and you're ready.
